The ETHICAL HOME EDIT

Hi there! I’m Jill.

I want my home to look amazing.

But I don’t want it to cost the earth.

If you agree that it shouldn’t be hard to find out where our homewares come from and who makes them, you’re in the right place.

Mainstream brands need to be transparent about how they operate, and accountable for their enivronmental and social impact.

Only most of them aren’t.

I want to make it easy to see who’s doing what when it comes to ethics and sustainability in the interiors industry.

And to give a voice to those brands already balancing planet and people with profit, but who sometimes struggle to be seen.

I know first-hand how hard that can be.

I founded and ran a social enterprise - Needs More Cushions.

We employed former refugees to create luxury cushions from artisan-crafted and sustainable fabrics. It was wonderful, but hard to make it work financially.

But it means I know the difference that buying ethical and sustainable products can make to all those involved.

Hang out here for a no-nonsense approach to creating a curating a stylish home with lashings of soul. And know that you’ll never need to compromise your ethics for your home ever again.
