Run by mum of three Annemarie, originally from the Netherlands but now based in Australia, Hunter & Nomad is an ‘eclectic decor store’ with a laid-back bohemian feel.

Why I like it

There are natural materials aplenty in this store - from seagrass to rattan - as well muted tones and tonnes of texture. Many of the items are also designed by Annemarie and he husband, resulting in some stunning unique pieces you won’t find elsewhere.

I also love the Meet the Makers section on the Hunter & Nomad blog. It showcases the small artisan suppliers that create the products from around the world. No faceless mass-production here, just beautiful products crafted and sold with care and attention.
